Titan Turf is an Australian-manufactured artificial turf product, designed and developed by Ozgreen Solutions. Their principal goal was to drive qualified leads via the web, freeing them up to focus on what they do best –  selling and installing their product.

Objectives

Before engaging Marketing Results, the client had a number of key objectives:

  1. Create a significant stream of high-quality inbound leads in order to boost revenue and profit.
  2. Win more business against cheaper but lower quality artificial turf companies in Adelaide.
  3. Increase ROI on Google AdWords by reducing cost per click, reducing untargeted clicks and increasing conversion rate.
  4. Increase organic web traffic volume visits and conversions.

How the objectives were achieved

  1. Creation of a “Free Sample Pack” offer and dedicated landing pages in order to generate more higher-quality leads.
  2. Development of new sales copy designed to prospects on the quality and value of the product even before they enquire.
  3. Developing a “Buyer’s Guide to Artificial Turf” to establish the benefits of investing in high-quality turf as opposed to lower-priced alternatives.
  4. Rebuilding and optimising Google AdWords campaigns to gain greater control over the traffic generation process.
  5. Performing SEO audits to identify key areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.

  • January 2015 saw an sales increase of 120% over the previous year.
  • Revenue rose by 46.5% since we began working with the client.
  • AdWords conversion rate skyrocketed from 0.09% to 5.57%, slashing cost per conversion.
